Refund policy

RETURN POLICY :

1. Order not delivered:
For packages lost in transit, all requests must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the cost of reprinting and shipping a replacement order to you.

You will need to prove to us that the delivery address was correct. It would also be good to contact your local post office to try and locate the lost order.

Please keep in mind that if the tracking information shows that an order has been delivered but you believe you did not receive it, we will not take any responsibility and will not resend that order. In this case, any replacement must be at your expense.

2. Returns:

Wrong address - If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the delivery service, the order will be returned to us. You will be responsible for the reshipping cost once we confirm an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Returned by Customer - We do not refund or exchange any product that is not to our liking or is defective. You will be responsible for the cost of a size change (please contact us via Instagram or email ares98.store@gmail.com to discuss the terms of free shipping in case of a size change).

Sale Items - Only regular priced items can potentially be exchanged.
